• Supervised daily store operations to maintain smooth workflows, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company policies.
• Oversaw stock receipt, verification, and organized storage to maintain accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
• Ensured timely completion of GRN and submission of invoices to the accounts department.
• Ensured timely issuance of materials to production, supporting smooth workflow and preventing operational delays.
• Conducted regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate and reliable inventory records.
• Supported in training, guiding, and monitoring staff to improve performance, efficiency, and service quality.
• Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics activities, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
