Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stores operations including receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock verification, and reconciliation.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and material traceability systems.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality for smooth material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure compliance with ERP, ISO, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop the stores team; review MIS and inventory KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

Additional Information

• Need experience in Stores, preferably in control panel, Wire Harness or electrical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and warehouse best practices.
