Healthium Medtech Limited seeks an experienced warehouse professional to oversee day-to-day warehouse and stores activities, ensuring accuracy through regular counts and timely system updates. Qualificações

• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics
• Experience with SAP/ERP transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and stores activities in accordance with defined SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate with the CSD team for billing, customer returns, physical dispatches and timely system transactions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through daily cycle/perpetual counts and monthly physical verification.
• Investigate inventory variances and coordinate with relevant functions for timely corrective action.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, CSD and IT teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare and circulate daily division-wise MIS reports to management.
• Coordinate with vendors/LSPs for dispatches, delivery status and operational issues.
• Monitor and maintain PODs and ensure timely submission/closure of pending PODs.
• Ensure all dispatch transactions are updated accurately and on time in FMS/SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor pending dispatches, returns and documentation and escalate exceptions to the concerned stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and service levels.
