Job summary

Nilkamal Limited is seeking a Dispatch Planner to manage daily dispatch planning, route and transport coordination, and inventory control at its Raipur facility. The role requires strong SAP/WMS experience and excellent Excel skills to maintain accurate inventory and generate daily MIS.

The candidate should be adept at meeting deadlines, working under pressure, and communicating effectively with the operations and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and WMS or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
• Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Daily Dispatch plan as per the requirement, Route Planning and Transport Arrangement.
• Coordinate with Operation Team for dispatch.
• Handle audits, Inventory (Perpetual inventory, physical inventory).
• ABC Inventory Analysis and maintaining accurate inventory level.
• Good Knowledge of Warehouse management, Daily MIS Generation.
• Verification of transporter bill and processing with finance.
