Job summary

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (D365 warehouse module mandatory min. 2–4yrs.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material inward/outward documents, and stock reports.
• Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory and stores-related records.
• Overseeing daily team activities and driving continuous performance improvement.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and report to management.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Exposure to warehouse systems is mandatory. Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred; SAP or Oracle experience also acceptable.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable
• Coordinate with logistics and transporters for material movement and shipment dispatch.
• Conversant with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
