Job summary

Indofast Energy in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior Executive to oversee inventory control, forecasting, and ERP alignment to drive business growth. You will manage stock levels, coordinate receiving and storage, and perform regular cycle counts and reports.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years in manufacturing warehousing or retail warehousing, with a degree or MBA. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking: Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, record movements, and maintain stock level records.
• Determine and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and prevent stockouts.
• Receiving and storage: oversee unloading, verify quantities, and organize warehouse storage.
• Cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and generate reports.
• Forecasting supply and demand to ensure stock availability.
• Regular stock checks and reporting issues to Stores Manager.
• Understanding of ABC analysis and cycle counting & kit dispatches.
• Coordinate material requirements inventory and non-inventory stock creation.
• Daily GRN entry in ERP software.

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive to oversee our Inventory and control with proper forecasting which helps In driving business growth, and ensuring inventory is always matching to the ERP/system stock.

Ideal Experience: 4-6 years of Overall experience in Manufacturing warehousing or Retail Stores/ warehousing will add value with Any Degree or MBA or equivalent degree.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Inventory Tracking: Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, record inventory movements, and maintain accurate, detailed records of all stock levels.
• Determine and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand, prevent stockouts, and avoid excess inventory.
• Receiving & Storage: Oversee the unloading and checking of incoming materials, verifying quantities and condition against documentation, and properly organizing and storing them in the warehouse.
• Cycle Counts & Audits: Perform regular inventory counts, such as cycle counts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs, identify trends, and generate reports.
• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the Stores Manager.
• Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting & Kits dispatches.
• Any other material requirements inventory & non-inventory So creation.
• Daily GRN Taking in ERP Software.
