Job summary

Select Source International in Pune is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage India payroll processing and ensure accurate statutory compliance. The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of provident fund, income tax, ESIC, and labour laws.

The ideal candidate will handle payroll transitions, respond to taxation queries, and collaborate with clients and the internal team. Day shifts, work-from-office, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in India payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Provident Fund, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESIC, Labour Welfare fund, Labour Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in payroll transition and planning of work for self and team.

Primary

• India payroll processing knowledge.
• Experience in handling payroll transition.
• Knowledge of Provident fund, Income tax, Professional Tax, ESIC, Labour Welfare fund, Labour Law.
• Good communication skill written and verbal.
• Team handling experience.
• Able to manage the client & team independently.
• Good knowledge of excel
• Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
• Handle Salary Taxation queries independently.
• Able to do the Planning of own work and team work on daily basis.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in India payroll processing

Secondary

• Multi tasking capability required.
