Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Senior Executive (India Payroll) for Global Payroll and Compliance at Pashan, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The role requires 4 - 6 years of experience and permanent employment.

Candidate will handle India payroll processing, payroll taxation, and related compliance. Strong Excel skills and MS Outlook usage are essential. Independent management of client and team activities is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling payroll transition.
• Knowledge of Provident fund, Income tax, Professional Tax, ESIC, Labour Welfare fund, Labour Law.
• Good communication skill – written and verbal.
• Able to manage the client & team independently.
• Good knowledge of excel
• Email usage-preferably MS Outlook.
• Handle Salary Taxation queries independently.
• Able to do the Planning of own work and team work on daily basis.
• Minimum 6 - 7 years experience in India payroll processing
