Max Healthcare Institute Limited in Lucknow is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive- Housekeeping to lead and sustain cleanliness standards across hospital premises.

You will oversee housekeeping teams, ensure grooming and hygiene, manage linen and supplies, and align with hospital safety and QMS/EMS protocols. The role requires hands-on supervision, budget awareness, vendor audits, staff training, and strict adherence to Fire Safety, patient safety, and waste disposal policies.

Responsibilities

To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times.
To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises
To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff
To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other non-medical supplies
To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms , other supplies and discards.
To ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications.
To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention.
To allocate duties to Housekeeping staff.
To inspect & audit Vendors to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met.
To provide Training to all Housekeeping staff.
To make Budgets for HK Dept.
To track Expenses and Control Costs
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policy
To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
