Max Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to uphold hygiene, grooming and cleanliness standards across hospital premises. You will lead GDA’s and housekeeping staff, allocate duties, monitor inventories, and ensure compliance with QMS/EMS and safety protocols.

The role requires budget planning, cost control, training of staff and regular vendor audits to maintain high standards. On-site work with a focus on patient and visitor amenities.

Responsabilités

To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times.
To plan & monitor deployment of GDA’s & Housekeeping staff.
To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises.
To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff.
To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other non-medical supplies.
To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, other supplies and discards.
To ensure adherence to linen / uniform specifications.
To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention.
To responsible for: Customer amenities, Interior decoration, Laundry / Linen, Pest control and Waste Management.
To allocate duties to Housekeeping staff & GDA’s.
To inspect and audit Vendors to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met.
To provide Training to all Housekeeping staff & GDA’s.
To make Budgets for Housekeeping Dept.
To track Expenses and Control Costs.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
