Job summary

Regency Hospital Company in Kanpur invites an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead attendants, implement SOPs, and ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance across the floor. The role involves managing staff rotations, training, records, stock, and adherence to linen standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience and will work on-site in Kanpur with a competitive CTC.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Equivalent Diploma / 2 years experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead attendants and supervise the housekeeping activities of the given floor.
• Implement SOPs.
• Observe all rules and procedures in respect of Safety and Fire Prevention.
• Ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met.
• Ensure all HK staffs are on duty as per the rotation & check for absenteeism.
• Regular training classes & review of staff.
• Maintain all records of HK department & relevant documents.
• Maintain stock of cleaning material and other supplies.
• Ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications.
• Execute and ensure cleaning schedule is followed.
• Ensure grooming of all contractual staff is as per the standards.
• Allocate the Housekeeping staff in the various areas.
• Coordinate with Engg department for maintenance.
• Ensure amenities and electrical appliances are in rooms as per defined standard.
• Update and record all cleaning activities.
• Ensure garbage is segregated and disposed properly.
• Inform and record missing items from allocated area to Housekeeping In charge.
• Impart training to the staff.
• Shift patients between wards timely.
• Implement Pest control and Waste Management.
