Job summary

Ammann India, a leader in construction equipment, invites applications for Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Accounts at its Mehsana facility. 4–10 years of accounting experience with exposure to SAP and commercial/compliance processes is desirable.

Ideal candidates have MBA Finance or CA Inter/CA qualifications, with advanced Excel skills and a track record of managing receivables, intercompany transactions, and cost controls in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance, CA Inter or CA preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Controlling Activities: Ensuring compliance of commercial terms and conditions during sales invoicing; mapping and approving terms such as Basic Sales price, Margin Money, Finance Amount, Credit Period, Delivery terms; invoicing accordingly.
• Customer Credit monitoring and controlling; interaction with Sales team to track receivables; customer accounts reconciliation and balance confirmations.
• Hands on experience in Group Inter Company Transactions including Sales/Purchase/Service transactions with Group International entities, transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliations.

Job Summary:

4 to 10 years of experienced accounting professional. Should had commercial and credit controlling experience. Experience of working in SAP environment is preferred.

Role & Responsibility

Commercial Controlling Activities:

• Ensuring compliances of commercial terms and conditions during sales invoicing. Checking and confirming that customer order's/Final PI terms and conditions like Basic Sales price, Margin Money, Finance Amount, Credit Period, Delivery terms etc. are mapped and approved properly and invoicing is done as per those terms and conditions.
• Customer Credit monitoring and controlling.
• Monitoring of customer receivables and interacting with Sales team of the company for the same.
• Customer accounts reconciliations, balance confirmations, customer account department visits etc.

Accounting Activities

• Hands on experience in Group Inter Company Transactions which incudes Sales Purchase Service transactions with Group International Inter companies, their accounting, their transfer pricings and account reconciliation of intercompares etc.
