Job summary

Venti Oelde India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Executive – Accounts to manage accounting functions and ensure compliance with Indian GAAP. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and CA Inter clearance.

The candidate should have 4-8 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce is mandatory.
• Successfully cleared CA Inter and completed Articleship.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems.
• Prepare and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers.
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and balance sheets.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and commercially astute professional to join our Finance & Commercial team as Senior Executive – Accounts.

Employment Type

Full‑time (6‑month probation period followed by permanent employment based on performance and management review)

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com) – Mandatory
• Successfully cleared CA Inter and completed Articleship
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, accounting principles, and statutory compliance requirements

Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Commercial functions
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, or industrial organizations will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems
• Prepare and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare data and supporting documentation for GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory submissions
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledgers
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, balance sheets, and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, consultants, and financial institutions as required
• Assist in commercial documentation, import‑export transactions, and banking activities including Letters of Credit (LCs)
• Proficiency in Tally and accounting software/ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and related statutory compliances
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with LC documentation, import/export regulations, and logistics coordination
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
