Job summary

Ecomak is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, banking operations, and cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel, GST, TDS, PT & PF, and coordination with auditors and vendors in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounts experience, preferably in manufacturing / industrial equipment / engineering / EPC companies.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel with strong reconciliation and taxation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.
• Handle GST: calculation, reconciliation and GST returns filing.
• Handle TDS: calculation, challan payment and return filing.
• Handle PT & PF: calculation, challan generation/payment and filings.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and resolve differences.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, auditors and consultants.

Job Location: Ecomak Corporate Office, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, banking operations, reconciliations and cash flow activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.
• TDS: Calculation, challan payment and return filing.
• GST: Calculation, reconciliation and GST return filing.
• PT & PF: Calculation, challan generation/payment and statutory filings.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement and resolve bank reconciliation differences.
• Handle Debtors & Creditors reconciliation and ageing follow-up.
• Manage routine banking operations and coordinate with banks.
• Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs) issuance, renewal, amendments and tracking.
• Support monthly closing, MIS preparation and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, auditors and consultants as required.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com
• Hands-on Accounts experience, preferably in manufacturing / industrial equipment / engineering / EPC companies.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel with strong reconciliation and taxation skills.
