Responsibilities

• Create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
• Draft captions, micro-stories, social posts and scripts for videos and Reels.
• Develop content aligned with campaigns, programme updates and priorities.
• Travel to schools, kitchens, communities and project locations to gather stories.
• Conduct interviews and collect quotes, anecdotes and updates for platforms.
• Capture photographs and video clips using a smartphone.
• Transform field insights into human-interest content.
• Stay updated with trends, formats and storytelling styles.
• Identify opportunities for Reels, carousels, impact posts and real-time content.
• Generate ideas based on field experiences.
• Support content calendars and campaign planning.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers and media teams.
• Ensure delivery of content.
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, sensitivity, dignity and privacy across content.
