The candidate will leverage Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power Query to build automated, end-to-end reporting solutions. Ideal profiles will have 6+ years of hands-on Excel and data analytics, adept at mapping client workflows and translating data into actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Advanced expertise in designing, maintaining, and auditing complex MIS reports to deliver high-integrity business analytics
• Proven track record of leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power Query to build automated, end-to-end reporting solutions

Experience & Competencies

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant, hands‑on Excel and data analytics expertise.
• Adept at mapping complex client business workflows and engineering efficient, scalable data structures
• Skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable visual insights for senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Strategic Insights

• Trend Analysis: Extract, present, and analyze data to identify and provide actionable operational and business recommendations.
• Executive Reporting: Share operational and client business trend observations directly with the Team Head and senior management.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze overall team and individual performance, providing key, data-backed performance metrics.

Dashboard Automation & System Building

• Tool Development: Build automated systems that pull data directly from Metrics, data dump and client workflow tools to generate invoices, significantly reducing manual entry errors.
• Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain automated dashboards, boards, and comprehensive reports on the client portfolio.

Operational Support

• Volume Forecasting: Foresee incoming volume trends and make data-driven decisions to control or resolve any negative operational impacts.
• Talent Development: Share periodic feedback with team members and provide hands‑on support to elevate their technical skill sets.
