Job summary

Intas Pharmaceuticals SEZ Plant in Bavla, Gujarat invites an experienced procurement professional to manage spares and consumables, handle RFQ processes, and coordinate with engineering and maintenance to ensure timely material availability.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience and BE/BTech/MBA qualifications; you will drive supplier negotiations, performance monitoring, and alternate sourcing to support operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Qualifications include BE/BTech or MBA with exposure to purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of spares & consumables materials.
• RFQ management, techno-commercial evaluation, vendor negotiation, and order finalization.
• Purchase Order creation and follow-up in SAP/ERP.
• Vendor development, performance monitoring, and alternate source identification.
• Coordination with Engineering, Maintenance, Products and other departments.
• Ensure timely material availability and compliance with procurement policies.
