Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Jaipur is seeking a Sales Team Lead to guide a group of 5–7 DSTs, drive productivity, and expand sourcing in semi-urban and rural markets.

You will collaborate with manufacturers, dealers, and channel partners to execute sales programs, build a capable team, and ensure smooth loan disbursement by coordinating with credit and operations. Strong customer focus required.
