Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of 5-7 DSTs in Hyderabad, focusing on productivity and channel partnerships in semi-urban and rural markets.

You will coordinate with manufacturers/dealers, drive sourcing of business, and liaise with credit teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement, delinquency follow-up, and development of both direct and indirect teams.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 yrs. of work experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUV's)
• Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker
