Job summary

Computer Junction Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced Refurbished IT Procurement Executive who can manage sourcing, vendor development, pricing and procurement of refurbished IT equipment.

The role requires knowledge of refurbished IT hardware, strong vendor coordination and the ability to negotiate purchase terms, review quotations, and ensure timely fulfilment for internal stakeholders.

Experience of 3–5 years and a graduate degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of refurbished IT hardware and equipment.
• Source refurbished laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals and other IT products.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of refurbished IT vendors.
• Identify reliable vendors and evaluate product quality, pricing and availability.
• Negotiate purchase price, payment terms and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Compare quotations and ensure competitive procurement.
• Understand product specifications, condition, configuration and quality of refurbished machines.
• Coordinate with vendors for availability, inspection, delivery and replacement/issues.
• Maintain proper PR, PO, quotation and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain vendor database and continuously explore new refurbished vendors.
