Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement.
• Graduate qualification.
• Experience in IT hardware procurement and vendor management.
• Knowledge of PR/PO process and price negotiations.
• Strong vendor coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete IT procurement process from requirement to delivery.
• Source IT hardware, peripherals and related products from vendors.
• Identify and develop new vendors and maintain relationships.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate price, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for order processing, delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, POs and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements and approvals.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely procurement as per business requirements.
