Fyntrade in Dadri, India is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee procurement for EPC clients. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, and handle escalations.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in procurement and strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or vendor management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and vendors simultaneously.

Description du poste

You will be the backbone of FynTrade's supply chain — owning end-to-end procurement execution for our EPC clients. From raising purchase orders to coordinating dispatch and confirming delivery to site, you'll make sure materials arrive on time, every time.

What You'll Do

• Raise and track purchase orders with vendors across categories (cables, panels, BOS, safety)
• Coordinate with vendors on dispatch timelines, logistics and documentation
• Maintain accurate fulfilment records and update EPC clients on order status
• Handle escalations, delivery delays and quality discrepancies
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to forecast demand
• Manage vendor relationships and onboard new suppliers as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or vendor management
• Excellent communication — written and spoken Hindi & English
• Ability to multi-task across multiple orders and vendors simultaneously
• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in solar, construction or EPC industry
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software
• Understanding of incoterms, logistics and freight documentation
