Job summary

Enrich Rd Infraprojects in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive to source, negotiate and manage procurement for multiple sites with emphasis on timely delivery and cost control.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience, B.Com/M.Com/Diploma, and strong vendor relations, MS Excel, Tally knowledge preferred; immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from vendors.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate terms.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors on quality, delivery, and invoicing.
• Maintain records of POs, quotations, vendors, and invoices.
• Coordinate with Accounts on vendor payments.
• Ensure procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
• Day-to-day coordination with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchase requirements of PAN India Site, Accounts, HR, and other departments.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, vendors, and invoices.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding vendor payments.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
• Day to day coordination with the site team.
