Job summary

JobItUs in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing of electrical, instruments, auxiliaries, chemicals and packing materials. You will float enquiries, prepare comparative statements, negotiate with vendors, and issue purchase orders in ERP while ensuring timely supply.

You will coordinate with user, stores and accounts departments, develop vendors, maintain vendor registrations, and prepare MIS reports; process invoices and maintain

• Procurement of electrical, instrument, auxiliary chemical and packing materials
• Floating enquiry, prepare comparative statements, negotiate with vendors
• Prepare proposal for commercial approval, prepare purchase orders in ERP
• Follow up with vendors for timely supply of materials
• Coordination with user dept, stores dept and accounts dept
• Vendor development and registration
• Prepare MIS, forward invoices and purchase orders to Accounts/Stores dept
• Document/filling
• Basic knowledge of 5S, QC, TPM
