Job summary

Kansai Nerolac in Mumbai seeks an Executive - Procurement to handle end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, contracting and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software licensing, cloud services and related services. The role focuses on cost optimization, timely availability, standardization, vendor performance and risk mitigation while working with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders.

Candidates should have 4–8 years in IT procurement and vendor management, with strong experience across IT

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management.
• Strong experience in procurement of IT Hardware, Software Licensing, Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services and Cybersecurity Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions and IT infrastructure services.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluations, negotiations and rate contract finalization.
• Procure IT infrastructure components such as laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking equipment, printers and AV systems.
• Drive commercial negotiations with OEMs, distributors and service providers to optimize cost and realize value.
• Manage contracts, AMCs, SLAs, warranties, NDAs and support agreements with Legal and stakeholders.
• Support IT budgeting, Capex/Opex planning, cost analysis, benchmarking and annual savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Operations and Business teams to ensure timely procurement and project execution.
• Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, SLA compliance, quality and responsiveness.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance and audits.
• Support infrastructure expansion, technology upgrades, hardware refresh programs and IT transformation initiatives.
