Job summary

Innovatiview is seeking a Lead IT Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement of IT products, services, and infrastructure. You will drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization across hardware, software, networking, cloud services and IT solutions.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal and Operations, ensure policy compliance, lead a procurement team, set KPIs, and deliver timely procurement to support projects and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Management
• Lead the procurement of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud services, and technology solutions
• Manage the complete procurement process from requirement gathering, RFQ/RFP issuance, bid evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of IT assets to support business continuity and project timelines
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier performance
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic IT vendors and OEM partners
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, warranties, and support agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and monitor their performance against KPIs
• Review and manage contracts, renewals, licensing agreements, and AMCs
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Drive initiatives related to vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and procurement automation
• Develop category management strategies for IT procurement
• Achieve annual cost savings and procurement efficiency targets
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and business teams to understand procurement requirements
• Provide procurement support for IT infrastructure projects, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise applications
• Ensure alignment between procurement plans and organizational objectives
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, audit requirements, and statutory guidelines
• Maintain procurement documentation and records for audits
• Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with information security, licensing, and data privacy requirements in IT procurement
• Lead and mentor procurement executives and buyers, fostering a high-performance culture
• Establish procurement KPIs and monitor team performance
• Drive continuous process improvements within the procurement function
