Job summary

Bondada Group in Hyderabad is seeking a technically strong PPC Executive with 2–3 years in production planning and control, ideally in uPVC Windows & Doors manufacturing.

You will prepare production plans, coordinate with multiple teams, manage BOMs, schedules, and material requirements to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Any Degree.
• Experience: 2–3 years in PPC/Production Planning, preferably in a uPVC Windows & Doors manufacturing plant.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of uPVC fabrication and production processes will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Plan and monitor production activities for uPVC windows and doors.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare and monitor BOM, work orders, production schedules, and material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of uPVC profiles, reinforcement, glass, hardware, and accessories.
• Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Track WIP, finished goods, and production status.
• Coordinate material planning with Purchase and Stores teams.
• Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
• Monitor production capacity, manpower requirements, and machine utilization.
• Ensure production plans are completed within the required timelines.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements in production efficiency.
• Excellent technical knowledge of uPVC Windows & Doors manufacturing
• Good understanding of uPVC window and door fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of BOM, cutting lists, material planning, and optimization.
• Knowledge of uPVC profiles, reinforcement, glass, hardware, and accessories.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Good Excel and MIS skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
