Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a technically strong PPC Executive in India to plan, coordinate, and optimize production for uPVC windows & doors.

You will work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in PPC/production planning, with solid knowledge of BOMs, material planning, and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of PPC/production planning experience.
• Experience in uPVC Windows & Doors manufacturing preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of uPVC fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with BOM, cutting lists, and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and delivery schedules.
• Plan and monitor production activities for uPVC windows and doors.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare and monitor BOM, work orders, production schedules, and material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of uPVC profiles, reinforcement, glass, hardware, and accessories.
• Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Track WIP, finished goods, and production status.
• Coordinate material planning with Purchase and Stores teams.
• Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
• Monitor capacity, manpower requirements, and machine utilization.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements in production efficiency.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Plan and monitor production activities for uPVC windows and doors.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare and monitor BOM, work orders, production schedules, and material requirements.

Experience & Qualification

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Experience: 2–3 years in PPC/Production Planning, preferably in a uPVC Windows & Doors manufacturing plant.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Candidates with strong technical knowledge of uPVC fabrication and production processes will be preferred.
