Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking an Export Executive to manage export documentation, incentives and shipments for the pharma sector. You will coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA and forwarders, prepare shipping bills, packing lists and invoices, and track shipments end-to-end.

The role requires 3–10 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of export incentives and compliance, and working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of export incentives and export compliance.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

• Handle Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK) & RoDTEP.
• Manage export incentive documentation & claims filing.

• Track export shipments & coordinate dispatch schedules.
• Manage transporter coordination, vendor bills & logistics reconciliation.
