Updater Services (UDS) in Tiruppur region seeks an Executive Operations to manage day-to-day site operations, manpower deployment, client coordination, employee engagement, and service quality across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between sites and manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across Tiruppur and nearby locations.
• Oversee manpower deployment, recruitment coordination, and attendance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and 5S standards.
• Support billing, attendance, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with HR for new employee onboarding.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Operations to manage day-to-day site operations, manpower deployment, client coordination, employee engagement, and service quality across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Source manpower and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Plan manpower deployment and monitor attendance and absenteeism.
• Handle day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Monitor housekeeping quality and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill operational requirements.
• Conduct employee briefings and regular meetings.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and 5S standards.
• Support billing, attendance, and other operational documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor employee performance.
• Coordinate with HR and internal teams for new employee onboarding.

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate with 35 years of experience in operations, facility management, manpower management, or a related field.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong manpower coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between assigned sites.
• Candidates from facility management / housekeeping / manpower services backgrounds will be preferred.
