The role emphasizes WMS proficiency (SAP/Manhattan), detailed data analysis, and proactive process improvements to reduce discrepancies and improve inventory performance.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations.
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with WMS such as SAP, Manhattan, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and shrinkage control.
