Asian Paints Limited Guwahati showroom seeks a Senior Salesperson to drive décor category sales and maintain operational excellence. The role focuses on converting customers, leading store staff, and delivering a delightful customer experience.

You will coordinate with store teams, dealers, and central training to ensure effective sales processes, onboarding, and on‑ground demand generation. Strong negotiation and leadership are essential.

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in Décor showroom.
• Ability to manage multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales thru store staff
• Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
• Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff.
• Maintain customer level Index.
• Meeting customers for conversion
• Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same.
• Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT
• Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
• Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC
• Execution of Hygiene areas
• Drive Store Operational excellence
• Focus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion
• Team training
• Team grooming in coordination with central training team.
• Team recruitment
