Job summary

MAPL is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the Compliance & Operations team. You will transform raw operational data into actionable insights via dashboards, reports, and automated workflows, with a strong focus on Google Sheets and data management.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Data Analytics, MIS, and operations analytics, plus proficiency in Google Sheets, formulas, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, compliance, HR analytics, or manpower management domains.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow integration.
• Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Operations Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong command over Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Advanced knowledge of formulas, dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of coding/scripting (preferred: Google Apps Script, SQL, Python, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and analyze large datasets related to operations and compliance.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and MIS reports for business tracking and decision-making.
• Build automated workflows and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Work extensively on Google Sheets using advanced formulas, functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Utilize coding knowledge/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize existing systems.
• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting structures and compliance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Support process digitization and automation initiatives within the organization.

Role Overview
