Job summary

Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private State Skills University focused on skill-integrated higher education and industry partnerships. The Data & Automation Executive will manage data analytics, MIS reporting, dashboard development, and process automation to support data-driven decisions.

Roles include building dashboards, improving reporting accuracy, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the university’s operations and analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT) / MBA (Business Analytics) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Advanced MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Advanced Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and maintain operational MIS, LMS, assessment, and management reports.
• Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyse operational trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate repetitive reports, workflows, notifications, and operational processes using automation tools.
• Manage operational databases, perform data validation and reconciliation, standardize reporting formats, and ensure reporting governance and data quality.
• Support operational teams with analytical insights, identify process improvement opportunities, resolve reporting issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

The Data & Automation Executive will be responsible for managing data analytics, MIS reporting, dashboard development, automation of operational processes, and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through reporting accuracy, automation, and insightful analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS, Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare, validate, and maintain operational MIS, LMS, assessment, and management reports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyse operational trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

3. Process Automation & Digital Solutions

• Automate repetitive reports, workflows, notifications, and operational processes using automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

4. Database & Reporting Governance

• Manage operational databases, perform data validation and reconciliation, standardize reporting formats, and ensure reporting governance and data quality.

5. Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Support

• Support operational teams with analytical insights, identify process improvement opportunities,resolve reporting issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
