Job summary

Medhavi Skills University in India is seeking a Data & Automation Executive to manage data analytics, MIS reporting, dashboards, and automation of processes to drive data-driven decisions. You will build BI reports, monitor KPIs, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting industry-integrated higher education.

• 2+ years of experience in Advanced MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Advanced Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• MIS, Reporting & Data Management.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain operational MIS, LMS, assessment, and management reports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Analytics & Business Intelligence.
• Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyse operational trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Process Automation & Digital Solutions.
• Automate repetitive reports, workflows, notifications, and operational processes using automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Database & Reporting Governance.
• Manage operational databases, perform data validation and reconciliation, standardize reporting formats, and ensure reporting governance and data quality.
• Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Support.
• Support operational teams with analytical insights, identify process improvement opportunities,resolve reporting issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
