Strong Google Sheets expertise and coding awareness are essential. You will manage large datasets, build MIS reports, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate across departments to improve reporting structures and compliance tracking.

Qualifications

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join the Compliance & Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Google Sheets and data management, along with coding knowledge to support automation and process optimization initiatives. The role requires someone capable of transforming raw operational data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, formulas, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and analyze large datasets related to operations and compliance.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and MIS reports for business tracking and decision‑making.
• Build automated workflows and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Work extensively on Google Sheets using advanced formulas, functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Utilize coding knowledge/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize existing systems.
• Generate data‑driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting structures and compliance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Support process digitization and automation initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in operations, compliance, HR analytics, or manpower management domains.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow integration.
• Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Operations Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong command over Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Advanced knowledge of formulas, dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of coding/scripting (preferred: Google Apps Script, SQL, Python, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
