Qualifications

• Experience with quality systems and audits

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to non-tyre industries and lab activities
• Attend customer quality complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Communicate technical matters with customers in rubber sector
• Ensure quality and timeliness of technical service activities and reports
• Assist region to achieve targeted sales via technical service
• Generate market information and identify customer needs
• Maintain and monitor IMS, EnMS and IATF alignment at MTS
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; document records
• Conduct trainings and promote good housekeeping and safety

Role & responsibilities

Position: Marketing Technical Services

BSC + Diploma Rubber / MSc / BE or BTECH i Rubber technology

7 + Years of experience in Rubber Industry (Non Tyre Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• To provide technical service to Non tyre industries and lab activities.
• Attending customer quality complaints.
• Communicating with customers on technical matters with non-tyre customers.
• Quality and timeliness of technical service-related activities (e.g. report generation of technical services request, product complaints).
• Assist region to achieve targeted sales volumes through effective technical service.
• Market information generation and identification of current and emerging needs of customer.
• Maintain and IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), EnMS, ISO/IEC 17025 and IATF, at MTS Department.
• Periodic review of test procedures, validation and data analysis.
• Preventive maintenance / calibration of equipment and instruments and maintaining relevant records on day-to-day basis.
• Trainings.
• To ensure good housekeeping practices and safety related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Expertise:

• Application for non-tyre sector
• Good experience of rubber compounding, process development, application etc for non-tyre sector.
