Job summary

NU Hospitals in Shimoga invites a marketing-focused professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive business, expand referral doctor networks, and enhance market share across the region.

You will handle online and offline marketing, branding activities, health talks and camps, and coordinate corporate relations to grow revenue, with willingness to travel and flexibility to meet institutional needs.

Qualifications

• Qualification could be 10+2, Graduate or Post Graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities are required.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to hospital requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly business targets and expand the referral doctor pool.
• Enhance market share through marketing, branding, and initiatives.
• Establish and manage corporate relations with insurers, TPAs, clinics, nursing homes, etc.
• Plan and execute health talks, awareness talks, health camps, CME programmes.
• Coordinate branding activities with in-house doctors under VP, Ops and BD guidance.

• Core area of concentration will be enhancing Referral Doctor & Corporate Relations & expanding the referral market base in all areas where NU has already established or establishes operations.
• To discuss/coordinate related to branding activities with in-house doctors, understand the requirement and act upon it under the direction of the VP,Ops and BD.
• Tie-ups with Insurance companies/TPAs/ Clinics/Nursing Homes etc.
• Design & execute sales strategies for enhancement of revenue through innovative value adds services.
• To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
• Organize Health talks, Awareness Talks etc.
• Organize Health camps : client contact programmes
• Organize CME programmes, wellness programmes, etc
• Implementation of marketing and BD activities planned by management
