Steelez is seeking an Executive-Marketing to drive buyer acquisition and engagement across Indore, Gurgaon, and Ahmedabad. The role entails field visits, market research, and strategic marketing to boost auction participation.

You will manage buyer onboarding, coordinate with operations for end-to-end auction execution, and maintain a robust MIS for buyer activity. Strong English communication and analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Business, Engineering or Commerce preferred; postgraduate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing buyers through regular engagement, timely follow-ups, and excellent service.
• Develop a pipeline of new buyers through online and offline research, field visits, and outreach.
• Guide buyers through registration and onboarding.
• Follow up on buyer inquiries and provide necessary information and support in a timely manner.
• Achieve 100% of assigned buyer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Auction Execution Support; co-plan auctions with buyers to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor listed auctions and coordinate with operations for smooth end-to-end execution.
• Maintain a product-wise MIS of buyers and ensure their participation in relevant auctions.
• Identify and resolve material-dispatch issues promptly.
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure buyers get benchmark prices.
• Deploy marketing across multiple channels to promote materials and drive auction participation.
• Conduct field visits, collect market feedback, and share insights with the team.
• Track market trends and competitor activity; flag opportunities and risks.
