People Management Mantras is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple real estate projects. You will handle digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation campaigns, branding activities, and vendor coordination to ensure consistent brand visibility across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 26 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common digital marketing tools.
• Quick learner and ability to use AI tools smartly.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Executing, monitoring and maintaining marketing campaigns across various online platforms related to Real Estate (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).
• Support website updates and ensure project information remains current and relevant.
• Plan and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries when required.
• Work with designers to create marketing content.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Coordinate with SEO agencies or consultants when required.
• Coordinate with external agencies, digital marketing partners, designers, printers, photographers, and other marketing vendors when necessary.
• Support project launches, customer engagement events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate marketing logistics and promotional material requirements.
• Assist sales teams with marketing support and lead generation and lead management activities.
• Track campaign performance. Monitor marketing metrics and prepare performance reports in timely manner across all platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
