Job summary

Heraeus Electro-Nite is seeking a Sr. Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Delhi. You will lead complex electrical maintenance tasks across wiring, circuits, and automation equipment, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in manufacturing, preferably in automotive, with hands-on diploma training and PLC ladder programming exposure. Strong focus on reliability metrics and ISO 14001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Preference for hands-on diploma holders with manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and control wiring.
• Interpret electrical drawings and schematics for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain pneumatic and electro-pneumatic machines and automation equipment.
• Perform instrument repair and support development efforts.
• Provide PLC ladder programming expertise when required.
• Ensure ISO 14001 documentation and safety policy compliance.
• Apply 5S, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, Horizontal Deployment, and Why-Why Analysis.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM) and cost controls.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams; automotive experience preferred.

What will you do?

Key Skills & Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Experience in instrument repair and development will be an added advantage.

Who are we looking for?

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

(Preference will be given to Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience)

• Work Experience: Maintenance department in manufacturing industries only, Automobile industry will be preferred.

Work Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in the automobile sector will be a significant advantage
