Job summary
Heraeus Electro-Nite seeks a Sr. Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting in Delhi. You will work on electrical wiring, circuits, control wiring, and automation equipment, with emphasis on reliability and safety.
Strong hands‑on experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive, is essential. You will interpret electrical drawings, manage PM activities, and contribute to ISO 14001 documentation while applying 5S, Poka‑Yoke, and Kaizen principles.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Work Experience: 8–10 years in the manufacturing industry; automobile sector preferred.
- Preference given to Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and control systems.
- Interpret electrical drawings and schematics to troubleshoot.
- Work with pneumatic and electro-pneumatic machines and automation equipment.
- Support instrument repair and development when needed.
- Apply ISO 14001 documentation and safety compliance practices.
- Implement 5S, Poka‑Yoke, Kaizen, and Horizontal Deployment in maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs like MTTR, MTBF, PM and related metrics.
