Job summary

JITO is seeking a Store Keeper & Logistics Executive in Surat to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory records, and material movement. The role involves coordinating with transporters, vendors and customers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates are entry-level, organized, and able to maintain ERP/Tally/Excel records, with a focus on stock accuracy and safe warehousing practices.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring organized, responsible handling store operations.
• Experience with stock records, GRN and movement tracking is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP (Tally/Excel) for inventory updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and inventory operations.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials.
• Maintain GRN, Delivery Challan, invoices and material issue records.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage and systematic arrangement of materials.
• Coordinate material packing, dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors and customers.
• Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
• Maintain logistics and transportation documentation.
• Update inventory records in ERP / Tally / Excel.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and logistics MIS reports.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and minimize damage or loss.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and discipline.
