Candidates should hold B.Tech / B.Com / MBA and excel in MS Excel and ERP systems, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.Com, or MBA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in handling customs clearance and logistics coordination will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent communication and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely updates in the inventory system.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies for smooth shipment clearance.
• Negotiate with vendors, logistics service providers, and customers to achieve cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
