The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of vehicle movement, loading and unloading activities, shipment handling, field operations, documentation, and coordination with drivers, customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments.The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both office-based coordination and field work. The role requires regular monitoring of logistics activities at loading and unloading locations and ensuring that shipments, goods, and containers are handled safely and efficiently.The Operation Executive will play an important role in coordinating the complete operational process from receiving the transportation requirement to vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, tracking, unloading, delivery, and documentation closure.Daily Logistics OperationsThe Operation Executive will handle daily transportation and logistics activities according to customer and company requirements. Daily OperationsManage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.Receive and understand daily transportation requirements.Coordinate vehicle placement as per shipment requirements.Ensure vehicles report at the designated location on time.Monitor the complete trip from vehicle placement to delivery.Follow up on pending operational activities.Ensure daily operational tasks are completed within the assigned timeline.

Loading OperationsCoordinate vehicle arrival at loading locations.Ensure the correct vehicle is placed for the assigned shipment.Coordinate with loaders, warehouse staff, customers, and drivers during loading.Supervise and monitor loading activities when required.Ensure goods are loaded according to customer instructions.Check basic shipment quantity/details against available documents.Ensure proper handling of goods during loading.Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.Ensure the vehicle is ready for dispatch after completion of loading.Maintain proper loading-related records.
