We are looking for a Dispatch Executive for the FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) industry to manage finished goods dispatch operations. The candidate will be responsible for timely shipment, documentation, coordination with transporters, and ensuring accurate delivery of FIBC orders to domestic and export customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatch of finished FIBC bags
• Coordinate with production, packing, and stores departments
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, etc.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle arrangement
• Ensure proper loading, stacking, and safe dispatch of goods
• Track shipments and update delivery status
• Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports
• Verify quantity, batch, and quality before dispatch
• Handle customer coordination for delivery schedules
• Ensure timely dispatch as per production plan and customer deadlines
