Job summary

People Alliance Workforce Pvt Ltd is seeking a Purchase Executive/Sr. Executive in the Manufacturing industry to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement to pay, supplier selection, and order tracking.

The role also covers demand planning, vendor management, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment in Tamil Nadu. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Dispatch/Logistics/Stores Operations, with strong invoicing, stock management,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Dispatch / Logistics / Stores Operations experience.
• Knowledge of invoicing, stock taking and dispatch documentation.
• Experience in vehicle coordination and transporter follow-up.
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily dispatch activities.
• Knowledge of Hindi is an added benefit.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch professional with good knowledge of dispatch operations, invoicing, stock management and vehicle coordination.

Responsibilities

• Performing vendors stratification-classification & consolidation.
• Renegotiating existing price contracts, Selection through Comparative statements.
• Performing cost & performance benchmarking.

• Inventory strategy, Location Strategy, Transport Strategy, and Vehicle routing.
