Job summary

DriveX Mobility in Bengaluru invites an experienced tele-sales professional to guide buyers through the DriveX Direct purchase journey. This on-site role focuses on converting interest into transactions and building trust with customers.

You will lead engagements with buyers, assist from inquiry to purchase, and handle vehicle details, pricing, and documentation. Daily CRM updates and progress reports are expected, with fluency in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi as essential requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tele-sales, inside sales, or online transaction sales.
• Fluent in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Contact buyers who engaged with DriveX Direct listings.
• Assist buyers to progress from ATV stage to purchase.
• Educate customers on the DriveX Direct purchase process and build trust.
• Address queries on vehicle condition, pricing, and documentation.
• Coordinate between buyers and sellers and track CRM progress.
• Maintain daily lead progress and provide reports on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

• Contact buyers who have shown interest invehicles listed on the DriveX Direct platform.
  
• Understand buyer requirements and guidethem toward suitable vehicle listings.
  

Conversion to Transaction

• Assist buyers in progressing from ATVstage to confirmed vehicle purchase.
  
• Educate customers on the DriveX Directpurchase process and build trust in the platform.
  

Buyer Assistance

• Address customer queries related to:
  
• Vehicle condition andinspection details
  
• Pricing and negotiation
  
• Transaction process
  
• Documentation requirements
  

Transaction Coordination

• Facilitate communication between buyersand sellers when required.
  
• Ensure buyers complete the necessarysteps to finalize the purchase.
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups withinterested buyers.
  
• Track and update lead status in CRMsystems.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customersinteractions and deal progress.
