Techture is seeking an IT Administrator and Jr. Data Centre Support Executive in Pune to manage IT infrastructure, support systems, and data center operations.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations, system security, and reliable network performance across the organisation. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years in IT support or related IT administration, with strong Windows knowledge and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and systems (Email/Other Admin portals).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

• Manage backups, antivirus, and security policies.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA.
• Monitor servers, storage, and network devices.
• Support disaster recovery and backup operations.
• Ensure compliance with data center security policies.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator & Jr. Data Centre Support Executive to manage IT infrastructure, provide system support, and handle data centre operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, system security, and reliable network performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

IT Administration

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and systems (Email/Other Admin portals).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to employees (L1/L2 support).
• Manage backups, antivirus, and security policies.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA.
• System Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and network issues.
• Configure user profiles.
• Handle server and network cabling.
• Monitor servers, storage, and network devices.
• Manage UPS, power, cooling, and environment controls.
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks.
• Support disaster recovery and backup operations.
• Ensure compliance with data center security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in IT support / system administration / Basic data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Experience with servers (Windows), backups, and virtualization is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
