Job summary

EnH Corporation in Hyderabad invites fresh B.Tech (CSE/IT) graduates for an on-site IT support role. The package is 2.82 LPA, full-time, with a 3-year bond and shifts that rotate every two weeks.

You will manage Windows & Mac systems, install and configure software, provide end-user and remote support, and help maintain network and telephony infrastructure. Education must be English-medium.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows and Mac systems expected.
• Willingness to work in Hyderabad on-site; 3‑year bond.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows & Mac systems across the company.
• Install, upgrade, and configure software and computer hardware.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to employees.
• Create and manage system permissions and user accounts.
• Provide end-user support and remote assistance via phone or remote access.
• Research, design, implement, monitor, and evaluate operating systems and applications.
• Document network configurations and assist with IP address management.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only)

Duration: Full time role.

WorkingDays: Monday - Friday

Package: 2.82 LPA

Expneeded: Freshers.

Bond: 3 yrs. Mandate to sign at the time of joining.

Education: B. Tech (CSE & IT) only

(Entireeducation is from English medium only)

Shifttimings:

1st Shift: 8AM-1 PM

2nd Shift: 1PM - 10PM.

Every2 weeks shift will change. No shift allowance will be paid.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Managing Windows & Mac systems.
• 2. Maintaining the various computer systemsowned or operated by the company
• 3. Upgrading, installing, and configuringapplication software and computer hardware.
• 4. Troubleshooting and providing technicalsupport to employees.
• 5. Creating and managing system permissions anduser accounts.
• 6. Providing end-user support, resolvingtechnical issues, and providing technical assistance for all operating systemsand applications
• 7. Providing in-person and remote supportthrough use of the telephone or remote access
• 8. Providing new employees with requiredhardware and appropriate access to the company's computer systems
• 9. Researching, designing, implementing,configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and newoperating systems and applications.
• 10. Performs diagnostics of network issues,provides support for service desk staff.
• 11. Updates and maintains network documentation,assigns Ip addresses, saves device configurations.
• 12. Configures network devices for newdeployments per direction of senior staff, configures replacement networkdevices from backup configuration files.
• 13. Assists with the administration andmaintenance of IP based telephony systems, such as provisioning handsets,setting up extensions, supporting user requests.
